Our front door is a singular glass door with our logo on it that can located between The Hub and Si-am Thaimerican Restaurant.

You will go through that door and up the stairs to another black door with our logo on it as well to enter the studio.

No, to respect everyone’s booked sessions please do not arrive prior to your reservation time.

Please note that when your reservation ends we do offer a 15min grace period, but please start wrapping up and leave the studio by the time your booking is over as we do generally have multiple bookings in one day and need time to reset in-between each booking.

If you do go past our 15min grace period - your account with be charged for an additional hour at $100/hr.

If you need more time - give us a call at 813-551-0104 to check our calendar. If there isn’t another booking following yours - we will direct you to our Rent The Studio page to purchase an XTRA HOUR.

But make sure to give us a call FIRST - because we may not be able to extend your time if we do have another booking immediately following yours.

Only water/vapor based smoke and fog machines are allowed in our studios.

There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studios. This will be strictly enforced.

Any hard to clean materials such as glitter, confetti (unless it is the larger sized confetti and you make sure to sweep up afterwards), powder, oils, wax is also not allowed in the studio.

Yes, to protect everyone’s safety the studios and common areas are all monitored by security cameras. Your work is protected and footage will never be shared.

We are NOT soundproof. We have tools available to assist with absorbing sound for clients that do interviews and live streams at our location but we are not considered nor advertised as soundproof.

Our props and lighting equipment are included in our hourly rate.

No. Currently we are not offering the studio as an event space.

Unfortunately no and we are on the second floor of our building- which is why we try to provide you with all of the equipment you need for a shoot besides your camera.

Yes, you are allowed to leave items overnight. Please keep in mind that doors must be locked and we are not held responsible for items left in the studio overnight.
