When you book with us you get full access to all 3300sqft of the studio through our contactless entry - airbnb style.

That means the entire space to yourself with help for any questions you may have - just a phone call away.

HOURLY.

Our studio’s hourly booking rate is a competitive $115/h (minimum of 2 hours required for booking). Amenities include full access to the space and basic equipment such as light stands & C Stands.

NOTE: This is a 24HR calendar so be sure to acknowledge the AM/PM notation after each time listed in the checkout process when booking your rental
(12am = midnight & 12pm = noon).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Guests who cancel their booking prior to 72 hours before the date of their booking will receive a 75% refund.

- Guests who cancel their booking within 72 hours or less before the date of their booking will receive a 50% refund.
